Last Day of Strike

We had a good turn out for strike today but with only one more day we still have a lot to do. The Next strike will be Friday June 20th at 3:30. Extra Credit is still being offered to anyone who attends and if the new Crew Chiefs and Assistant Crew Chief fail to come, positions can and will be revoked. That being said we have a lot to do and a little time to do it, so we need all the man power we can get.

Strike today was successful but the pit is still a mess. We need people, a lot of people, and Sal is currently grading everyone's final and offering extra credit to anyone who comes. Please come by, if the pit is not organized we are going to be in a lot of trouble with the school. If you were just named a crew chief or assistant crew chief of any crew we highly, highly recommend you come by, as these positions can be changed. Extra Credit!!!!

Did you not hand your projects in on time? Did you not get enough hours in the 4th marking period? Did you not finish a project you started during strike?Do you think your grade is low?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then you should come down to the final three days of strike. That would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We will be having strike to clean up our three areas (The Drama Room, Little Theater, and auditorium) we still have a lot of work to do on these three area's especially the prop room and pit!!! Mr. Salerno is offering extra credit to anyone who comes any of the three days and attendence will affect crew positions

Since it is regents week however we can't start until 3:30, so all strikes will begin at 3:30 and go till about 5-5:30, We would really appreciate it if everyone could be there cause we have to get our places clean for the summer.

Hope to see you all there!

Strike (Part III)

Strike, Thursday June 12th, from 3:00 to 5:00.

Tuesday, June 10, 2008

Reminder: Hours Due!

Hey everyone,

Just as a reminder, hours are due tomorrow by the end of strike! That means you have to get any non-strike hours signed, as well as record all of your strike hours (which any officer can sign) by tomorrow.

Also, a lot of people have asked about one-act hours. We will be automatically assigning these, so you do not need to write them on your hour sheets.

Love your scribes,
Amanda and Ariella

Strike (Part II)

Strike today was very successful. However, we are not completely done.

STRIKE TOMORROW, JUNE 11th, 3-5

There's a list on the call board with people who have not attended strike. If your name is on it, I strongly suggest that you attend strike tomorrow. If you're planning to apply for a crew and have not attended strike so far, come tomorrow, or don't bother applying at all. If you're not applying for a crew and have not attended strike, your class grade will reflect your lack of attendance.

And so, 102 On Tour Blog entries later, another successful year, for the On Tour Company, ends.  Everyone has worked hard, and it truly shows.  We produced four incredibly smooth-running and successful shows this season.  A lot of hard work was done by individuals and teams and I applaud all of them for their hard work.  We truly made this year full of "professionalism" and this amazing reputation will carry you guys for seasons to come.  We accomplished a lot, from finishing sets on-time, to head-shots in the program, to this blog.  Again, great work everybody!  I am honored to have been able to work with all of you as your president this year.
Good luck next year!
Signing off for the very last time,
Your Outgoing President, Jeff Brancato.
