ATTENTION FRESHMEN AND SOPHOMORES!

IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!!!
TIME TO BRING IN PROGRAMS FOR THESPIAN POINTS!!!

Below are the rules/guidelines for the "Programs for Points" system.
ALL PROGRAMS ARE DUE THIS FRIDAY, MAY 2nd.
Pat and myself will be set-up in the drama room starting at 2:25 to start tallying.
NOTE, THIS IS THE ONLY DAY TO GET THESE POINTS!  If you plan on being absent on Friday, please see Jeff ASAP.  Please try your hardest not to be sick this day.  If you are sick and not in school, we will accept your programs on the day you return to school, no exceptions!

(From the Thespian Constitution:)
"All active members must have participated in at least two full-length plays and have earned a minimum of forty (40) points*, i.e., four hundred hours of superior work. Also, active members must be enrolled in grades 9-12.
*Out of those 40 points, 25 must be work hours and only 15 can be from programs/ticket stubs (10 freshman year and 5 sophomore year for sophomores who have not yet been inducted [Sorry Emily F., no programs for you!]). Note: Programs/ticket stubs can not be from On Tour Productions. Also, any given show will only count one time, regardless of the number of times it has been seen.

TO CLARIFY:
-Programs AND Ticket stubs DUE THIS FRIDAY. (If you don't have the stub, don't worry about it.)
-The show MUST have been seen between the months of July 2007-the present.
-Only ONE middle school show and ONE camp show (Usdan, etc...) will count.
-NO ON TOUR SHOWS or Elementary school shows COUNT.
-Broadway, Off Broadway, Regional Theater, Community Theater, Ballets, Operas, Other H.S.'s shows are all acceptable.
-FRESHMEN CAN BRING IN A MAX. OF 10 PLAYBILLS.
-SOPHOMORES* CAN BRING IN A MAX. OF 5 PLAYBILLS.
*Sophomores that joined us this year (Vanessa, Seth, etc...) can bring in the 10 playbills from their freshman year as well.  Those shows must have been seen between the months of July 2006-June 2007.

I know this is kind of confusing.   I hope I made it as clear as possible.
If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me at brancatojeff@yahoo.com.

HAPPY PLAYBILLING!!!
