Thespian Point Meeting

There will be a Thespian Point Meeting on Wednesday at 3:00 pm in the drama room. It is mandatory for all crew chiefs. Those in OtR can go to rehearsal late.

If you have a conflict due to Crescendo or another matter, please discuss your thoughts with fellow crew members so they can fairly represent your opinion on the evaluations. If you are unable to do so due to crew size, personal matters, or any other concerns, please see Amanda or Ariella.

There will also be a Merry Wives management meeting at the same time to determine cast Thespian points.

So... since we didn't have a CC meeting today, Sal gave me a list of a few things we need to be aware of. Here's the short list (which is mostly for the lighting crew... i apologize for any spelling errors because i am NOT a lighting CC)

Thanks to all who auditioned. Casting is never an easy job when there are so many talented people. Remember, there is no way of knowing why you did not get a part; there are too many factors. One thing that is for sure the competition was exceptionally fierce even for Ensemble. I will have the cards available after break if anyone wants critiques.

Just a reminder cookie dough is due on Monday 11/23 at 2:15 SHARP. If you don’t have it in on Monday we will not be accepting it. Thanks!

Important Announcements + Schedule

There will be a mandatory, full-program meeting with Mr. Seinfeld Monday at 3:00 pm. Nobody is excused; lateness or absence will result in ineligibility for auditions and/or loss of hours. If you have questions, please talk to Mr. Salerno.

The mentoring meeting & pizza party will follow.

Additionally, as a result of strike not having been completed, we will finish striking Tuesday following the CC meeting.

New Rule: If you have not attended more than one day of strike, you will be ineligible for OtR and Hello Dolly auditions. If this applies to you, you can make up strike time on Tuesday.*

Auditions have been moved to Thursday**, with callbacks (if necessary) on Friday.


* - If you need to make up strike time and cannot do so on Tuesday, please speak to Mr. Salerno or officers to schedule make-up strike on Monday after the pizza party.

** - If you have a conflict, you can either go in the first group of auditions Thursday, or audition on Tuesday. Please see Mr. Salerno or officers ASAP to discuss conflicts.

Strike + On the Razzle Auditions

Strike (11-5)

We will be finishing strike beginning at 3:00 pm on Thursday the 5th. All On Tour students must put in a minimum of three hours of strike; if you have not yet fulfilled this requirement, be at the auditorium promptly at 3:00 tomorrow. Remember that strike is mandatory for crew members until your work is done! If you have conflicts, please see an officer.
