Final Strike Call and Room cleanup

Attention: All Officers and Crew Chiefs, ACC's etc.,

It is the responsibility of all of the above to complete the end of year cleanup/close up.Due to the LT renovations and the Dance schools we have not completed all end of year procedures. Auditorium and LT are complete but the room is still a disaster. We need at least 6 people to come tomorrow to finish the room. Please text, email or call Amanda with your commitment. When she gets enough she will give a cutoff. Call will be at 2:00Pm so all should be up and rested.

On Tour BBQ: RAAAIIIINNN!!!

Attention On Tour, The Weather report said today was going to be nice and it looks like a hurricane is about to blow through long island, that being said as of now the bbq is still on but should it start raining I will reschedule for another day over the summer because it would just be no fun if we were all crammed into my house. Schedule Update

Good evening! This is a quick announcement about Tuesday:

Since the end of year barbecue will be held at 2 pm that day, tech has been canceled for Tuesday. Anyone who needs extra credit or extra hours must attend Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday from 3:30-5 pm. Don't forget to contact Amanda M. if you will be attending tech!

Extra-Credit Strike

Strike will be held during finals/Regents week for anyone who:
-did not complete their three mandatory hours
-needs extra credit
-is a Crew Chief of a crew that still has work to do.

Strike will be Tuesday through Friday of next week, beginning at 3:30 pm.

Please text, email, or facebook message Amanda M. to confirm your attendance.

Additionally, after the final dance company has their recital, we will be striking in the auditorium. We'll try to get this done on Monday (6/22) beginning at 3:30. More details to follow.

Lastly, the class of 2009 can sign the Pit on Tuesday (6/23) at 3:30 pm.

Letters of Intent, CC Crew Suggestions, and SM/AD Letters Due Monday!

The following are due Monday (6/8) at 3:00 pm:


-Letters of Intent for next year's crews*
-CC Crew Suggestion letters^
-SM/AD Letters of Intent for Merry Wives of Windsor


* - Current crew members (CCs, ADs, and apprentices) must re-apply to be on next year's crew as well

^ - These were discussed at the most recent CC meeting, as well as during elections. Crew chiefs have the opportunity to participate in the creation of next year's crews by giving us their opinion. This optional letter can include the CC's opinion of who should be promoted/demoted, any problems with the current crew, etc. All letters will be confidential.
