Strike, House, & Easy Virtue

Strike

The last chance to complete mandatory strike hours is FRIDAY. Please see Sal to sign up for strike, since he will be running it directly.

Hours

All hours are due on Friday by 3:00 pm. No hours completed before break will be accepted after break -- so every single hour you have done so far must be handed in on Friday. There are no exceptions!

Easy Virtue Musical Part

If you play piano, and are interested in playing for Easy Virtue, please talk to Sal. You must be available during Tech Week and for all four performances, so double-check your availability before talking to Sal!

Cast List

Hopefully the cast list will be posted tomorrow. Nobody knows when it will go up except for Sal! Assuming the list is up by the end of the school day, we will have a cast meeting / read-through at 3:00 pm in the drama room.

Otherwise, have a great break!

Saturday

Saturday

Do not disrespect your peers by being late, acting rudely, or disobeying the management. Our successful opening depends upon the conduct of each and every one of the cast, mgmt, and crew members. We can do this - but only as a cohesive company. Do your part.

11 am: Tech work

12-1:30 pm: Lighting focuses
(The auditorium will be dark; stage unavailable to other crews)

2:00 pm: Cast call. Do not be late.

5:00 pm: Booster Dinner

5:30 pm: Cast/mic call
(All tech work MUST be cleaned up)

7:00: Green room

7:30: Curtain

Friday

Previews

You know if you have been pulled for Previews. If you have not been spoken to, you probably have not been -- but ask your CC or the management to be sure. If worse comes to worst, stop by the auditorium before class tomorrow and check.

Disclaimer: You are not allowed to skip, cut, or get out of class to work or watch previews. You are welcome to come chill or help out during off periods and during drama class, but we do not endorse or encourage you to miss class.

Friday

2:30 pm: Notes in the choir room, possibly a green room
(We will most likely rehearse a few scenes afterward, which we will announce at notes)

2:15-5:00 pm: Tech

5:00 pm: Booster-provided bagged dinner in the West Cafeteria
(Note that this is your dinner break; if you did not order a wrap, bring dinner or have it delivered. Cast members are not permitted to leave)

5:30 pm: Cast and mic call

7:00 pm: Curtain for dress rehearsal
(Note: Please expect to be here as late as 11 pm. We should finish more quickly than Thursday's tech dress, but things happen. This is our one late night.)

Those taking the SAT can make their own decisions about when to leave, but are obviously encouraged to stay for as long as they can. Please alert the management as to your decision.
