Bye Bye, Blog!

Just so that everyone is aware, instead of using this link for the Officer's blog, we will instead be using the new On Tour Website! That's right people, time to bookmark a new website: http://www.chsontourco.org

Once you type in the link, if you look through the tabs displayed, one of them says "Officer's Blog."  That is where all of the information will now be posted.  Schedules, schedule changes, meetings, events, tech nights... everything!  So- I will transfer all of the necessary information onto the "New" blog.

I know a lot of people have trouble adjusting with change but this is a good change :) Now our website can be our main source of communication, it is much easier to have all the information displayed on one page!

ALL information from now on will be posted on there and on there only! Well, I'll tweet it too :)!

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Crew Chiefs:

Please remember that the Freshmen are being tested on the material that you share with them tomorrow during workshops.  If possible, any type of presentation along with the "hands on experience" is highly recommended and would be greatly appreciated, whether you choose to do a powerpoint or if you want to print out approximately 30 worksheets to hand out to the kids as notes.

Thank you for your dedication :) !

Quizzes: Freshmen Workshops

Freshmen: please be aware that you will be quizzed on the material that is discussed during workshops, therefore paying close attention will be in your best interest academically and in the long run when it comes down to choosing which crews you are interested in.

Workshops are tomorrow at 3! See you then! Wear comfy clothing and closed shoes!

Publicity Ad Drive!

Publicity Director, Jeralayne Ruiz will be holding the Ad Drive tomorrow at 3:00 in the art wing/senior experience wing.  For those who were unable to attend workshops or have simply forgotten, the "Ad Drive" consists of calling businesses and asking/persuading them to purchase in ad for our playbills (scripts will be provided so no need to worry about what you need to say!) We need to expose our season to all as quickly as possible in order to fundraise and get a large audience :) A lot of help is needed! If you have any questions please feel free to contact an Officer or Jeaelayne!
