Attention All New Thespian Inductees

you wish to be a member of the Thespian Society please submit a check for
twenty-five dollars made out to “Calhoun High School On Tour Company” as soon

Please meet at the Merrick train station at 4:25 PM bring money for dinner, train tickets, and metro cards.

We'd like to let you all know that Crew decisions were definitely not easy. We appreciated the effort people put into their letters, and believe we have made fair decisions by consulting all Crew Chiefs. New "Bake Sale Crew"
BAKE SALE IS NOW A CREW
The role of the crew is to assist Zach with the organization and set up of the weekly bake sale. Members will be in charge of setting up, selling, and keeping track of profits.The role of the crew is NOT to bake. Food contributions will work the same way as this year.
Anyone interested please approach Zach with a letter of intent by Thursday.

Crew chief meetings
Meetings will start at approximately 3:10. Subject to change due to Sal’s usual “Tuesday Meetings.”
The following crews are assigned to meet with the Officers in the room at the following times:
- Paint Crew: 3:10-3:20
- Tech Crew: 3:20-3:30
- Video Crew: 3:30-3:35
- Make-up: 3:35-3:40
- Costumes: 3:40-3:50
- Props: 3:50-4:00
- Lighting & Sound: 4:00-4:10
- Programs/Publicity: 4:10-4:20
- Pit: 4:20-4:25
- House/Room: 4:25-4:30
**We ask that you either participate in Strike for the duration of the afternoon while waiting for your “time slot,” otherwise please be on time. If you have any issues with your time slot, please be sure to contact any of the officers. Thank you!

Due to the CCP dinner being scheduled for tonight, the meetings would be too rushed and we would like to give the CC's a chance to truly express their opinions for their crews.
Meetings are postponed to tomorrow after school. Please come prepared with your list!

**Seniors are required to have 1 day/3 strike hours :)
**A lot needs to get done and things need be stored in order to have them for next year. Also, attendance and performance at strike will undoubtedly play a huge role in final crew decisions. If any changes are made in the schedule you will all be informed ASAP:) Thank you for your cooperation!
