Schedule for this week

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of schedules posted lately but everything has been completely up in the air. You all know as much as we do. This is all still tentative, but here's this weeks schedule as of now.

Tomorrow: thespian point/CC meeting 2:30
Tech 3:00
Wednesday: tech during crescendo
Thursday: TBA
Friday: 3:00 rehearsal (tentative)
Tech night

Cast list/read through TBA
SM/AD/ASM letters of intent by tomorrow. Auditions for the musical could be Thursday or Friday depending on Jon but most likely will be next week.

Please bring in fundraisers by tomorrow. Do not wait until Wednesday because they will not be accepted after Wednesday. Remember, checks made out to Calhoun drama boosters, specify in memo section cookie dough/spirit lights/snacks, 5 items = 1 hour

To all who volunteered: please be at Applebee's at 7:20 (not 7:30).

Everyone is reminded that they must put in at least three hours of strike

This Sunday morning is the Applebee's fundraiser! Anyone sixteen and older can sign up by Wednesday, if you don't sign up you're encouraged to attend

Hurricane relief drive items needed

Cleaning supplies (bleach, disinfectant, etc)
Heavy duty garbage bags
Large plastic tubs
Blankets
Batteries
Flashlights
Food (bottled water & non-perishables)
Clothing (especially cold weather items)
Toiletries ( toilet paper, toothbrushes, tooth paste, soap, shampoo, etc.)
Pet food and supplies
Gloves and hats
Surgical masks
Candles
Toys
School supplies ( pens, pencils, notebooks, etc.)

Closing night is this Saturday 11/10 at 7:30 pm
Donations for storm relief will be collected, free tickets for those relocated or without power.

Spread the word so we can fill the seats!! Box office number is 992-1377 to reserve tickets

Important Announcements

Thursday at 2:30 there will be a meeting to discuss the fate of Phantom of the Opera. Thespians and CCs should all be there; optional for everyone else.

No performances this weekend. We will perform next Saturday, 11/17 without dinner theater. Dinner theater is being rescheduled and will include a revival of As You Like It. People performing in Dinner Theater will also be performing at the Thanksgiving Dinner on Friday 11/16.

Audition dates TBA but they will be within the next few weeks so prepare both a contemporary comedic monologue and a song pre-1960.

Despite the time we have lost, we're going to work really hard and make everything work out. The important thing is that everyone is safe. The show will go on!!
