Shakespeare in the Park

Anyone interested in seeing As You Like It at Shakespeare in the Park, it's playing Monday through Saturday this week in Central Park. Tickets are free so you have to line up super early to get them, but the shows start at 8pm.

A bunch of us are going this Tuesday and everyone is welcome to come. We're meeting at the Merrick Train Station at 6:30 am to make the 6:59 train. Bring money for train and subway tickets as well as something to sit on, food, water, etc. If you can't come Tuesday, you should definitely see it another day, it's supposed to be fantastic.

Again, strike is tomorrow at 3:00. Hope everyone is enjoying their summers!!

Strike

Since not everything got done at strike this week, we're going to need at least one more day. Again, strike hours will count towards extra credit or first quarter hours for next year. So far we are scheduled for this Monday, June 25th; however, more days may be necessary depending on how much gets done Monday. Everybody come and help!

Strike

Strike will continue tomorrow at three as well as wednesday at three. Just like today there will be a brief meeting at 2:45 to assign everyone to jobs. Overall strike was pretty successful today but there's still a lot that needs to get done and a lot of people that haven't done strike yet. If you aren't on this list you weren't written down as coming to stike- if there is a problem please talk to an officer. Even if you are on this list, strike only went for two and a half hours today so you still need to come tomorrow or wednesday to get the required 3 hours.

Seniors- and this is directly from Sal- Most of you have no hours this quarter and if you would like to sign the pit you must put in one PRODUCTIVE hour of strike. If you plan on being disruptive and counterproductive do not show up and do not expect any priveliges. Hopefully you will end of the year on a positive, peaceful note rather than in disruptive anarchy.
