I know this is a lot of rehearsal for so early in the rehearsal period, but we have like... 24 days of school until opening. Please contact Amanda (amcloughlin@gmail.com) or Lindsey (lpsolo@netzero.com) ASAP. WE MUST HAVE A CONFLICT WRITTEN DOWN 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF THAT DAY IN ORDER FOR YOUR ABSENCE TO BE CONSIDERED EXSCUSED. WE PLAN OUR REHEARSALS AROUND YOUR ATTENDANCE. (Obviously, emergencies and certain situations that might not pop-up in advance will be exscused.) We understand this sounds harsh, but with the extremely short amount of time we have to put on this huge show, these measures are necessary.

As some of you may/may not know, the cast list for The Beggar's Opera will be posted Saturday night at around 6pm on Sal's Blog.

Updates...

1) Letters of Intent for ASSISTANT DIRECTORS and STAGE MANAGERS for the two musicals will be due by 2:45 TOMORROW (THURSDAY).

2) COOKIE DOUGH is due TOMORROW (Thursday) as well. NOTE: NOTHING WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FRIDAY at 2:30.

3) Cast List for The Beggar's Opera ONLY will be posted this Friday, sometime after school (possibly at night, possibly after the bell rings... we don't know yet.) CALLBACKS FOR ANNIE GET YOUR GUN HAVE NOT BEEN POSTED YET and we do not know when they will be posted. I assume sometime next week... MAYBE. Call backs will also be sometime soon in the next week or two... THERE ARE NO FINAL DETAILS YET... PLEASE STOP ASKING SAL.

Callback lists...

For Beggar's Opera will be posted tomorrow (Thursday) morning on the board.
Call backs will be at 3:30 pm on Tuesday. 11/13. Note, you can not come into the building earlier than that because that is Emergency Preparedness Day.

Annie Get Your Gun call backs will be posted and held after Dance auditions.

Audition/Call Back/ Cast List Information

OK... here is some infromation to clear up any rumors that may be going around...

Mostly everyone got to audition today.
Auditions for the 13 or so people who did not get to go today or who were absent today will be held tomorrow (Wednesday).

More information will be posted regarding Call backs (yes, there will be call backs) tomorrow night.


NOTE: Dance Auditions will be held FOR EVERYONE WHO AUDITIONED FOR ANNIE GET YOUR GUN ONLY on Wednesday, 11/14 at 3:00 pm in the auditorium. Be prepared to dance... wear comfrotable clothes (no skirts/jeans) and sneakers/dance shoes (not sandals, etc...)

DO NOT ASK SAL FOR WHEN THE CAST LIST/CALLBACK LIST WILL BE POSTED!!! "You could reduce your chances of getting in." -Sal :-( lol

Mandatory Strike

Congrats to the cast, crew, and management of Romeo and Juliet for an amazing run! Everyone's hard work and dedication truly showed.

On that note, we have a lot to do in a short time. There will be a FULL COMPANY strike from 2:45 to 6:00 pm on MONDAY 11/5. Attendance is MANDATORY. Attendance at this tech day will affect casting for the next two shows.
