Chris will have the $100 deposits from Hello Dolly tomorrow at the BBQ, so ask for them back. If you are not coming to the BBQ, come to strike next week and he will give it to you.
Strike will be Tuesday (6/15) at 3:15, others days TBD
Memphis- Once again, meet at the Merrick train station at 4:40 tomorrow. You must bring $8.50 cash for the train, plus an extra $5.00 for the subway. You will have time to eat before the show so bring money.

Clean Up & Other Announcements
Crew letters of intent are due tomorrow (6/8)
We will be cleaning everything on Wed (6/9) starting at 2:30
If you are going to Memphis on Friday (6/11), pay Chris $8.00 Cash ASAP for the train. Also, starting tomorrow, there will be an envelope of permission slips on the board. Please take one and give it to Chris by Thursday (6/10). Meet at the Merrick train station at 4:40 on Friday. Don't forget to bring money for the subway also.
All new thespians must pay $22 to Brad for thespian dues. Check must be made out to Calhoun High School On Tour Company. They are due to Brad on Thursday (6/10)
Lastly all hours are due Wed (6/9). Don't forget to write down your crew & show hours. The scribes should not have to do it for you.

End of Year Barbecue!
It's that time again! Come celebrate the end of a great year and look forward to another.
Place: McLoughlin House
Address: 2054 Brian Drive, Merrick
Date: Friday June 11th
Time: 12 pm - 5 pm
Directions: Drive north on Merrick Avenue and make a right on Cedar Street (about half a mile past school - if you hit the Southern State you have gone too far). Continue past the stop sign to the end of the street (three blocks) - it turns into Brian Drive, and ours is the last house on the right.
Those of us who are seeing Memphis that night can carpool from the barbecue to the train, which leaves from Merrick around 5 pm (exact time TBA). What a day of drama fun!
Please, On Tour students only - no miscellaneous friends/boyfriends/girlfriends. There are enough of us as it is!
